Studio One

9:45 AM		(1 hour Class - Dance) Mallori Stoler / Dorrianne Ailerry Move your Body move your soul. Dance yoga is an experience of freedom and joy. Age group: 13-80. We will use familiar yoga poses along with individualized movement choices to open our hearts. Our dancing will be separate and as groups to embrace one's authentic self and the togetherness of life. Mallori and Dorianne share a deep passion for yoga, dance, and life. From this workshop, you will experience: relaxation, peace, strength, confidence, power, self-love and appreciation. Join us as we enjoy the expression of our souls together.
11:00 AM		Kids Class - Kids will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help to release energy in a fun, safe environment. Using interactive games and animated postures, kids learn about animals, nature and basic anatomy through yoga.
12:15 PM		Plus Yoga (Levi Planter) This is the extra class to help all in need. If you have tried yoga and find that it has been a little beyond where you are but you are ready to get there. This is the class for you. A slower class to help all find their way to their power of truth, health, and ease. Having trouble with your weight? This is the class for you. Recovering from an injury? This is the class for you. Whatever you need we have the class for you.
1:30 PM		Kids II - (Diana Pancu) Diana Pancu Our kids are natural yogis! The flow is for us all. It is amazing just how the flow takes the children into the same deep peace to help them in their stressful lives. While mom and dad are playing upstairs this is the perfect opportunity for all to take part. Diana a mother of three is ready to help all children find the joy in being at peace in their power.
2:45 PM		(1 Hour Class - Dance) Maria Fratus Dancing with the breath. Love Yoga? Love Dance? Just Love to Move? Come check out SOULMOVES, a wonderful blend of classical dance moves and yoga poses! Find physical and mental freedom on the floor as your body flows to the music, feeling both grace and strength. Dancers will realize the roots of their passion. Yogis will discover the fruits of their practice. Everyone will find liberation!
4:00 PM		Closing Meditation up Stairs

9:00 AM		Introduction
9:30 AM		Class 1 - (Class will be 2 hours) All levels class that will be taught on discovering a deep peace to connect to everyone’s individual power. The class will focus on the foundations of a yoga practice. Learning to connect to your breath as a foundation of building a strong practice. Whether a beginner or seasoned yogi you will find your pure power as you are guided through the series of movements with your breath.
11:30 AM		Break/Visit with Vendors
12:45 PM		Talk Discussion/Visit with Vendors (Meet the Lifeline Power Yoga Staff) Yogis, Doctors Lawyers, Coaches, Nurses, Physical Therapist all here to answer your question as you walk along the path.
1:30 PM Class 2		(Class will be 2 hours) This class will provide space for everyone who comes through the doors. You will be guided into the next phase of your own practice. If you are new to yoga finding peace in your time on the mat, becoming free of judgments and reaching for growth in every way. For seasoned yogi they will find the freedom to learn how to take it to another level. A community that sweats together stays together. Everyone will find that they, the person next to them and the person next to them will come away with a common bond that will last for a lifetime. Discover your pure power in the class of a life. This all-level class will bring us together in a power that will impact our community.
